Yvonne Nelson-Reid, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Education and Programs at Myers & Briggs Foundation®️ (M&BF) and the editor/lead writer for the People Stripes®️ website. She is a mother of 5, a writer, teacher (BEd, MA), depth psychologist - Jungian and archetypal studies (MA, PhD), and career coach. Parenting, teaching in a classroom, or on the ice as a figure skating coach has taught her a great deal about relationships and the importance of communication. Yvonne's MA in Educational Research focused on Jungian theory where her thesis explored insights into the MBTI® assessment. As a certified MBTI® (master practitioner) and MMTIC® professional, she uses typology as a tool for helping others understand differences and communicate more effectively. As a career coach she assists others in discovering college majors and careers that suit their personality.
